  • What Is the Best Way to Approach the Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect Exam?

Posted by Jack Dennis on September 10, 2026 at 3:58 am

I’m planning my preparation for the Salesforce B2C Commerce Architect exam and would like some advice from people who have already taken it. I’m particularly interested in how you approached the architecture scenarios rather than just studying individual features.

I’m trying to focus on understanding how different components work together in a real commerce environment. I’ve found that architecture questions can be difficult when several options seem technically possible, so I’m spending more time understanding the reasoning behind each solution.

My current plan is to review the core concepts first, then work through different scenarios and make notes about the areas where I struggle. After that, I’ll move toward full-length practice sessions.

I’m also considering using Salesforce b2c commerce architect exam questions to test my understanding after each major topic. Rather than focusing only on scores, I want to review why an answer is correct and why the alternatives may not be suitable.

For those who have passed this exam, what would you recommend prioritizing? Were there any architecture topics that required considerably more preparation than you expected?
