I have been helping organize a few outdoor community events where flags are displayed during ceremonies and celebrations. We usually focus a lot on proper flag placement, weather conditions, and keeping the area organized, but I think basic event planning details are sometimes overlooked. For larger gatherings, things like seating, accessibility, and Portable bathroom rentals can make a big difference for visitors.
