online construction bids kinda messed up now or just me?
man idk what’s going on lately, these online bids look good at first then boom problems everywhere. guys offering cheap quotes then later changing stuff, waste of time really. I tried a few before, but I regret that.
Now I mostly go to local jobs only, less bs, get paid on time too. My cousin is doing construction quantity takeoff work. He said the same thing, too many fake ppl bidding online now. what y’all think? still worth trying or better stay local?
