  • Modern ways to monitor your dental health

Yo, I am low-key freaking out about my teeth lately. Genetics really did me dirty because both my dad and grandpa were rocking full dentures by the time they hit forty-five. I feel like I need to jump on every little spot I see immediately but showing up at the clinic every single week would make me look like a total nutcase. Local dentists would probably start locking their doors when they see me coming. Does anyone have tips on how to keep an eye on things from home?

Dental bills are a straight-up robbery, mostly when you are born with weak enamel. You gotta stay ahead of the game or you’ll end up broke and toothless. Try those tiny mirrors or maybe some dye that shows where the grime hides. Keep a close eye on your gums too, if they look red or weird, that’s your signal to move.

Tech these days is legit, you don’t even need to leave your couch to figure out if that spot is a cavity. It saves you so much cash on unnecessary office visits. Just grab the smile analysis app here https://bettergrin.com/ . It checks your whole mouth using just a few pics from your phone. Make sure your camera flash is on so the AI can actually see what’s going on. It’s a lifesaver for when you just need to know if you’re overreacting or not.
