    Maintenance fees for Vela Bay Condo

    I’m trying to estimate long-term costs for the Vela Bay Condo. Has anyone seen indicative maintenance fees yet? Just want to make sure the monthly upkeep stays reasonable compared to similar developments before I move further in the buying process.
