Just got my BMW’s AC fixed at a workshop in Abu Dhabi – solid work
The AC in my 2016 430i started blowing warm air on the passenger side only, which was weird because the driver side stayed cold, and I was dreading the diagnostic cost. A guy at work recommended a place he takes his 5 series to, so I booked it in and they figured out it was a faulty blend door actuator within an hour. I’m happy to say that this Abu Dhabi Professional BMW Workshop didn’t try to upsell me on anything else, just replaced the part and recharged the system for a very fair price. The car feels back to normal and the AC is ice cold on both sides now. It’s such a relief to find a shop that actually understands the climate control quirks on these cars instead of guessing. If your BMW has uneven cooling or odd noises from the dash, don’t ignore it, these actuators fail more often than people think.
