Any Tips for Keeping a Field Facility Game-Ready?
I’ve been thinking about the things that can easily get overlooked when preparing a field or facility for regular flag football games. We usually focus on the field layout, equipment, schedules, and game-day setup, but the facility itself needs some attention too.
One thing I’ve noticed at venues with solar panels is that general maintenance can become another item on the checklist. Dust, dirt, and buildup can collect on panels over time, especially around outdoor sports facilities. Has anyone here had experience arranging maintenance for this kind of setup?
I’m particularly curious whether teams or league organizers normally handle it themselves or hire a Solar panel cleaning company when the panels are difficult to access. Are there any practical considerations for scheduling this around practices, tournaments, or other field activities?
