The hidden headache of storing important information as images
Sorting through my old digital files made me realize how many critical documents are saved only as images. From photos of handwritten notes to scanned pages of reports, everything looks fine until I need to find a specific piece of information. Searching through images is slow, copying text is awkward, and retyping entire sections is exhausting. It’s made me think about how often people choose convenience over usability and how much time can be wasted later when information isn’t stored in a practical format. I’m curious how others manage this in day-to-day life.
