  • Early Farming Impressions After EVEDEX

Posted by Thukk Serien on April 6, 2026 at 5:15 am

I actually got pulled into this whole thing pretty randomly while going through some updates in crypto chats, wasn’t even looking for anything new to try. People kept mentioning farming and boosted rewards, and I ignored it at first because it sounded like the usual hype cycle, but then I saw it was tied to a beta mainnet launch which made it a bit more interesting

I had almost the same path into it, started off just observing and then slowly testing things when I saw people talking about the farming season being more active than usual. What stood out to me is how these reward multipliers change user behavior almost instantly, like suddenly there’s more movement, more interaction, and even the platform feels more “alive” compared to quiet early phases. I joined during beta too, and yeah it wasn’t perfect, some delays and a bit of confusion around how everything connects, but that’s kind of expected at that stage. After the rollout though, it feels like they’re trying to stabilize while also pushing engagement with those XP boosts. I didn’t go in heavy, just allocated a small portion to test consistency over time. I also like to read a bit before making decisions, not deep research, just enough to understand what’s happening behind the scenes, and I came across this https://coinpedia.org/information/evedex-launches-farming-season-with-double-xp-rewards-following-beta-mainnet-rollout while doing that. It helped me get a clearer picture of why the farming phase feels more rewarding now compared to before.

It’s interesting how situations like this can shift quickly depending on small factors, like timing or how many people decide to jump in at once. Even when something feels stable at first, a slight change in conditions can make the experience completely different, so it’s always a bit unpredictable in the beginning.
