    Choosing Tools When the Stack Keeps Growing

    I’m trying to decide how much weight to give developer tools when planning a new product phase. Everyone says tooling saves time, but it also adds cost and complexity. How do you realistically evaluate whether a platform or service is worth committing to long term, especially when requirements are still shifting?
